Print & play

Shattered Olympus

The game I played is called Shattered Olympus. It can consist up to 2-4 players. It almost feels like chest, but eliminating the chest pieces with cards. The point of the game is to take down your opponent’s life points or take down their hero to win game. The game didn't come with a game board and the backside of the game cards.
Each player must choose one “hero” in order to play the game. The game board contains 5 to 7 squares so you can move your character around the card pool.
There are 4 different decks
-       Event
-       Unit
-       Location
-       Equipment
Each one contains special text
- Event
The event deck contains a text and can move in the card pool. (it depends on how many time it can move.)
- Unit
The units are like your allies. They have life point’s, heal points and cost in the card. When buying your ally you put it near the corner of the card pool map.
-Location
Location helps you get a boost on your units and your hero (it has a cost and how many life it can hold)
-Equipment
The equip card can help support your unit and Hero. You just need to pay the amount and equip it to your character.

While moving through the game, you can move your character in each block. You can move your character 2 times back words forward and side to side.

-Attacking
You can attack your opponent near you. There are some characters that can attack in far rage

-Characters in the game can be
Flying
Ally
Range
These characters allow you to attack at long range in two space ahead or side.
Each time your hero or unit is attack from your opponent they lose health. Also you to lose heath in the game.

In the game you can buy things though the event, equip, unit, location
This helps you when you a lot in the game.
In the game I learned there are very quick strategies.
1.     you got to mange your cost in the game
2.     Where to place your hero or unit in the right place in the card pool lane
3.     Under standing the rules
4.     Reading the card helps you learn the effect of it

5.     A new approach in a card games.
